Several cultural spaces are under UEL responsibility. Among them, the Historical Museum of Londrina and the Casa de Cultura, promoter of cultural activities (plastic arts, music, cinema and theater). Londrina is one of the few cities in the interior region of Brazil to host a symphony orchestra, OSUEL (UEL Symphony Orchestra). The city also stands out for three traditional festivals: the International Music Festival (FML), the International Theater Festival (FILO) and the Festival Kinoarte de Cinema. Throughout the year, several art exhibitions are held at the UEL Arts Division (DaP) and our cinema (Com-Tour) features alternative films outside the commercial circuits.
